Account Manager

We’re now looking for an experienced PR consultant to join our team in Oslo.

As our new Account Manager / PR Consultant, you will lead client work end-to-end. From idea and strategy to execution and follow-up. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at pace, taking ownership, and building strong relationships over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and develop client relationships with a strong commercial mindset
• Lead projects end-to-end — from strategy and planning to execution and delivery
• Drive PR, communication, influencer activities, and events with high quality and pace
• Build strong visibility through media relations, placements, and proactive ideas
• Ensure structure, timelines, and budgets are met across all projects
• Collaborate with the team to deliver great work and a positive dynamic
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and contribute to new business

WHO YOU ARE

• You have solid experience of working within PR, communications, or a related field (3-5 years)
• You are used to running clients independently and enjoy that responsibility
• You have a strong and relevant network within the media and influencer landscape
• You work fast, stay structured, and make things happen
• You’re proactive, curious, and solution-oriented
• You enjoy the commercial side of agency life - building relationships and growing accounts
• You’re a team player who values a positive, supportive work environment

This is a full-time, one-year contract based at our office in Oslo, with the possibility of extension.
